Can you buy acnisal over the counter in the uk?

I am recently starting to get spotty again OHHH NOOO!!! an the only thing that seems to work for me is a topical solution called acnisal. Its amazing by the way. But i got it from the doc's. Just wunderin if u can buy it instead of getting it on perscription?????
