Is this considered ual ault?

My friend got a message from a guy on facebook yesterday. The guy told him he was having a few friends over and asked if he wanted to go over. He then asked if he would let him perform ual favors to which he told him no and that he'd never been with a guy and was nervous about that. He backed off and decided to go over and upon arriving the guy just got into his car and stared him down kinda. When he tried to talk the guy would just say "so.." and keep staring. he proceeded to unzip my friends pants and perform oral and grope him and kiss him and all this other sh*t and my friend was frozen with fear and could not bring himself to try doing anything because he was scared he would get hurt as the guy was much older and larger than him. My friend came home crying and hysterical and has a psychiatric condition which i worry about this taking a very bad effect on him. He's scared to even touch himself and so many things are reminding him of what happened that it makes him feel even worse.
