Who were the main men behind Adolf Hitler?

Obviously, Adolf Hitler did not work alone. One man would not be able to acheieve such catastrophe without the support of others. Who were the main men that aided Hitler in achieving such m destruction? I'm talking other government officials? Also, the most well known doctors and psychologists/psychiatrists that worked in the camps and experiemented on the prisoners. Any companies or important people that supplied financial support -- Basically all different categories of people who were working for and with the Nazis. Whether by choice or not.
