Its hard to know for sure, but it would be VERY early to be experiencing pregnancy symptoms as you wouldn't even be 4 weeks so its highly unlikely you're pregnant, and it does sound like they are more likely to be pre-menstrual symptoms, but the only way to know for sure is to do a test when your period is due.
