How will antibiotics change my bacterial environment acidic/alkaline?PLEASE ANSWER?

I am TTC for 5 months now and I have a really bad sinus infection :( and I was given antibiotics for 10 days. I am ovulating this week and I was wondering if the fact that I am on antibiotics will affect me in any way concerning my TTC... also my CM has not been as much as normally and I had EWCM for one day only and it got dry really fast...all of a sudden... could that be a sign of pregnancy (we did the baby dance the day prior and the day after and I know the EWCM was not sperm the was leaking out) Good luck to all of you.
