For people against Animal Testing?

Simply because something is effective does not make it ethical. Durring the holocaust, doctors performed many horrific experiments that had a-lot of potential scientific benefits. We refuse to use those results however, and find other ways to discover that knowledge. Simply because these amazing vaccines have been developed using animal testing, is not to say they could not have been developed in other ways. We always have other options when it comes to scientific research. The price of a human life is not greater than that of an animal. I know this goes against the current zeitgeist however, I believe that all living beings are equally as important. A man is no more important than a fish in the grand scheme of the universe. -Alan
