alrighty so i dont want crap answers like be who you are self confidence etc. so i am tierd of being single im a junior in high school and I don't mean to sound y but i have a lot of friends, but guys are just friends or drunk one time hook ups, nothing more. So how do i get in shape cuz i need to lose weight i think i need to lose some cuz im 5'8 160 pounds. so what is a good diet/workout plann
