Why does Schwarzenegger think this healthcare bill will be "a disaster for California"?

It will be a disaster for all the states and could bankrupt them. Medicare, which the people unable to purchase insurance will be put on, is paid for by the states. It will cost states Billions. This is one of the tricks they used to make the health care bill look less expensive. Ben Nelson made a deal for his vote to make Medicare free to Nebraskans forever. That means the rest of us will have to pay more. Arnie is mad because his senators didn't get that kind of deal for him.
