One morning I bleed blood & orange spots out of my rectum, since have other symptoms, any answers???

Both my husband and I had blood & orange spots come out of our ret, since have had sore lungs, heart pain and dizzy spells, this has gone on from 2001 and no medical professional has yet to figure out what it was or is. I thought maybe parasites, any answers???
