What is the Republican solution to the tens of millions of uninsured in America?

We are silly about it. We use facts and don't tug on emotional appeals that ignore facts. Of all those numbers that were put out there as uninsured most fell into two categories, illegals and young first time workers that would rather have the cash than the coverage.
