Can we claim back full cost of holiday?

We recently went on holiday but due to disturbance from another guset room next door had to leave after one night as we had not slept. We were told by duty manager we would get a ful refund but now the hotel will not pay in full saying that the �200 deposit was non refundable. As we had to leave early and the hotel had no other rooms available can we insit on a full refund?
