Heart Broken and don't know what to do?

I was in a relationship with this girl for 3 years. We have a 2 year old daughter together. We had a rough 3 years in which we got into a lot of fights and she finally got fed up with it. She decided to move out and get her own apartment. She said that she has been unhappy for a while and she stayed in this relationship because she thought things would change. She said that I was immature and I admit that some of the things I do can be childish at times. But she also said that she wanted to move to make herself happy and redefine herself. I agreed with her decision and did not beg her to stay. I basically told her that I still loved her and that I had to mature more and etc. I told her that this move was the best for us and that all I wanted for her is to be happy even though she wanted to live somewhere else. She won't move out till a couple weeks because she is getting her apartment situated and everything. Now, we talk civil with one another and she just wants us to be friends. But she keeps giving me hints that when she gets her place she would invite me over and cook for me and all of this. Shes giving me a lot of visitation with our daughter. She also talks about the future about how she wants more kids with me and etc. Also, I lost my job last year and right now I'm in school full time expecting to graduate in December. She's been taking care of everything while I was in school the past year. Now that she is moving I have 0 dollars but she is still offering to help me pay some bills. Also, she wanted to make sure if I took out a student loan so that I can pay some bills on my own. She told me that she always has a soft spot for me and she would take me back in the future if I changed my ways. I'm just confused and I don't know what to do.. This situation seems complicated. I asked her earlier about what she wanted but she wouldn't give me an answer. So I answered for her. I basically said that she still has feelings for me, but some of my actions pushed her away and she was tired of the same thing everyday. I also told her that she wanted to get back with but not now. Her reply was I'm not saying anything. Also my bday is in a couple weeks and she talks about how she's going to get me sneakers, games, etc. She was going to cook for me, watch a movie, and maybe you know what lol... She said that she was going to buy me groceries before she moves out also. I'm just really confused.. What should I do? By the way she is moving out and she is not bluffing. She put down her deposit and signed the lease already.
