How do i transfer itunes files from one computer to another?

okay, so i got a laptop and i want to put all the stuff from itunes onto it, im liek the least computer literate person, so please explain how to do it in plain english no computer tech talk plz, cause i wont get it lol, well i lost my ipod so i cant do it that way, and i want it to still be on the original computer...is that possible?
