I need help with my palm centro! please!!?

i have a palm centro and i was told by a person that works at at&t that if i go on yahoo or google i could find a site that would allow me to download a thing called mini tunes. well i dont have the inerent on my phone. they said it would be free and thats what i want because i am not paying for it. i have blutooth songs and they said that mini tunes would allow me to set the ringtones i recieved from blutooth as my ringtones for people. i have been having sooooooo many problems with this phone sooooo please help me the best you can! please. i would love to blutooth back to people and set them as ringtones but i cant intill you help me!!! thanks again and have a great day.
