Is a hair keratin treatment better if it has more keratin?

In the new keratin hair treatments like the Brazilian Blowout and Global Keratin products, is it better to use one that has 2% or 5% hydrolyzed keratin? Is the 5% good for your hair, or is it enough to cause breakage?
